The Brewology Flash Pasteuriser is a system that has been developed to effectively produce 38 hectolitres of pasteurised, carbonated product at 5°c per hour (per filling head).

What is the Flash Pasteurising system?

The Brewology Flash Pasteuriser system was developed to destroy harmful microorganisms in beer, to extend shelf life and reinforce the safety of the product. The system uses high temperatures to pasteurise the product in a short period of time, which slows microbial growth. The pasteurised product is then delivered to the kegging system, ready for transfer to the keg.
